This is the only tool in our 2026 analysis where that's true.

Why we believe this is sustainable
A fair question about any cheap tool: "is the pricing real, or is it a loss-leader that'll get raised once there's lock-in?" Since we build YourPAZ, we can answer this one first-hand rather than guess:
- Cost structure. YourPAZ runs on EU infrastructure (Hetzner, Germany) with an EU AI provider (Mistral) and local AI (Ollama) for the heaviest features — no OpenAI or Anthropic anywhere in the production path. The per-user infrastructure cost is genuinely low because there is no US-cloud AI bill per token underneath the €9.
- Founder-operated. No VC pressure to 10× ARR in two years. The pricing isn't a growth play; it's a sustainable solo-founder play.
- Self-host option exists. If pricing ever moved beyond what users tolerate, customers have a credible alternative — self-host the Docker stack. We built that escape hatch on purpose: it caps our own pricing power, and you can verify it exists in the product documentation.
What you'd actually pay over five years
Assuming the pricing stays where it is (€90/user/year Premium, billed yearly), a 5-person team running YourPAZ for five years pays €2250 all-in. The same team on Asana Advanced pays €7500. The same team on monday Pro pays €5700. The same team on Notion + AI pays €6000.
Against the AI-inclusive incumbents at a 5-year horizon, YourPAZ saves anywhere from €3450 to €5250. That's the price of an annual conference or a small piece of hardware.
Verdict
If you're a buyer for whom the headline number on the pricing page is supposed to match the bill at the end of the month, YourPAZ is the easy pick. It is the only tool in our 2026 analysis where the advertised price and the all-in price are the same number — and since we build it, "€9 means €9" is a claim we're personally on the hook for. Hold us to it.
