Why we exist
SaaS pricing pages have been getting more dishonest every year. The headline price gets smaller; the fine print gets longer; the addons multiply; the Enterprise tier gates more and more of what used to be standard. By 2026, "the tool that says €9 actually costs €27" is the norm, not the exception.
This site tracks the real numbers. We price every tool at the tier and addon-bundle actually needed to reach feature parity, using the vendors' own public pricing pages and plan documentation. We name names. We update when vendors change their published prices.

Honest PM Tools is published by the team behind YourPAZ — the tool that ranks first in our comparison. We're saying that here, in plain text, because a comparison site that hides its owner is exactly the kind of fine-print trick this site exists to call out.
What that means for how you should read us: the rankings and scores are our editorial judgment, not the verdict of a neutral third party. What keeps them honest is that the core of every page is arithmetic on public numbers — every price, addon, seat minimum, and tier gate we cite comes from the vendors' own published pricing pages, so you can re-run the sum yourself without trusting us. Our methodology page explains, per criterion, exactly where to look.
Editorial principles
- The maths is the review. Subjective takes are secondary; the all-in cost is primary.
- Update when vendors update. When a vendor changes published pricing, we update the affected rows.
- Disclose conflicts. We build YourPAZ. That fact is stated on every page, and every claim that matters is checkable from public sources.
